Why is an amount still reserved on my account after my trip?
A pre-authorisation is applied to every FLEX booking. It consists of the hourly cost of your reservation plus a fixed amount of €50 per booking day.
Example: 4 hours at €3.95 + €50 = €65.80.
This amount is not charged, only temporarily reserved. After your trip, the pre-authorisation is released. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the amount to become available again.
