Where can I find my service PIN for support requests?

You can find your service PIN directly in the FLEX app. Open the menu at the top left (☰), select Help”, then tap Go to Help Center”. Your service PIN will be displayed there.

Do I need to refuel the car after each tour?

If the fuel level is below 30% when you return the vehicle, you must refuel it. In the glove compartment, you will find an Aral fuel card that you can use at all Aral, Total Energies and BP petrol stations. You can find the PIN code for the fuel card in your app in the current booking by clicking on the card icon.

Can I return my car to a different location?

No, you have to return the FLEX vehicle back to the departure station.
