How can I cancel my subscription?

The customer contract (sub­scrip­tion) can be terminated in the user account settings in the application, in writing or by email to email hidden; JavaScript is required.

How do I change my existing subscription?

An upgrade” (switching to a higher-tier sub­scrip­tion) and a downgrade” (switching to a lower-tier sub­scrip­tion) can be done at any time through the driver profile under the Select sub­scrip­tion” menu item in the FLEX app.

How are FLEX trip costs calculated?

The price is based on time and distance driven. It includes everything: fuel, insurance, maintenance, and parking at FLEX stations.

What is included in the rates?

Our hourly and mileage rates include everything: fuel, service, repairs, insurance, admin­is­tra­tion, tyre changes, vehicle tax and VAT.

How much is the excess?

The deductible depends on the chosen subscription.

In the Basic plan, the deductible is a maximum of €1,500 per incident. It is possible to reduce the deductible from €1,500 to €300. This option costs €1.99 per reserved hour and must be selected by the customer themselves in the app. In addition to the deductible, the Basic sub­scrip­tion may incur additional costs.

In the Basic Plus and Gold sub­scrip­tions, the deductible is a maximum of €300 in each case.
