How it works in just a few steps:
- Open the FLEX App: Log into the FLEX app and create your own family group via your profile (under the “Family Sharing” menu option).
- Invite Members: Easily share the invitation link via email, SMS, or messenger with up to 3 other family members.
- Verify Driver’s License & Start: Invited users create their own profile and complete a one-time driver’s license validation in the app. Then, they’re ready to drive!
- Full Transparency: All trips are automatically billed to the payment method stored by the organizer. As the organizer, you always maintain full visibility in the app and receive transparent notifications regarding bookings and upcoming costs. You can also flexibly add or remove members at any time.
The only requirement: Naturally, every member must hold a valid driver’s license.
⚠️ Important Membership Notes
To ensure everything runs smoothly, the following system rules apply to Family Sharing:
- One Family at a Time: A user can only be part of one single family at any given time. If a user joins a new family, their membership in the old group automatically expires.
- Changing Organizers: If the organizer of an existing family wishes to join a new family, they must first confirm in the app that the old family group will be completely deleted as a result.
- Rule for Existing Customers: New family members must not be active FLEX customers on the same tariff beforehand. If they are already FLEX customers on the Gold tariff, they must switch their individual subscription before joining the family group.
